git 설치시 doc install 수행 중에 아래 msg 가 나오는 경우
MSGFMT po/de.msg make[1]: *** [po/de.msg] Error 127
make: *** [all] Error 2
tcl 8.4 / tk 8.4 install 해야 한다. (gettext?)
